How Leo proposes a follow-up automation when a campaign has high engagement but no replies.
When a campaign achieves strong engagement (open ≥35%, click ≥4%) but very few replies (≤1%) over a meaningful sample, the audience is clearly interested but the message did not invite a response.
Leo (ACT-003) drafts a brand-new single-step follow-up automation targeting the engaged-but-silent cohort, using a soft, value-first recipe template.
Will Leo activate the automation automatically?
Only if you have autonomy enabled for ACT-003. Otherwise it lands as a draft for you to review and approve.
Can Leo undo this?
No — creating an automation is intentionally one-way. You can disable or delete the automation manually at any time. Leo will not create another for the same campaign within 30 days.
Where do the recipe templates live?
Admin → Build → Action Catalogue → "Templates" button on the ACT-003 card. You can edit and add templates there.
