Pause campaign

How Leo pauses an active campaign that is producing zero outcomes or risking your sender reputation.

A campaign producing zero replies and zero clicks after 500+ sends, or one bouncing >8% / drawing >0.3% spam complaints, is actively damaging your sending reputation.

Leo (ACT-005) pauses these campaigns automatically so you can investigate before more damage is done. The pause reason is logged so you can see exactly why it fired.

How fast does Leo pause?

For zero-outcomes: after ≥500 sends and ≥48h of campaign age. For high bounce/complaint: as soon as the threshold is breached on the latest 200-send rolling window.

Will Leo resume automatically?

Yes — ACT-006 (resume_campaign) handles that, but only after a 24h cool-down and once the workspace bounce/complaint metrics have returned to healthy levels.

Can I resume manually?

Yes, from the campaign card → "Resume". Leo will not re-pause unless the conditions reappear, and a 48h ping-pong floor protects against bouncing back and forth.
