How Leo resumes a previously-paused campaign once the conditions that caused the pause have cleared.
If a campaign was paused (manually or by ACT-005), Leo (ACT-006) watches for the underlying issue to clear and proposes resuming the send so you don't leave revenue on the table.
What conditions trigger a resume?
Campaign status = paused for ≥24h, workspace 24h bounce <4%, complaint <0.1%, and no active SendGrid reputation alerts.
Can Leo and I get into a pause/resume loop?
No — a 48h minimum is enforced between any resume and the next pause for the same campaign.
Will Leo always send the rest of the campaign?
Yes — once resumed, the queue worker dispatches whatever is left within your sending windows and daily caps.
