Deliverability essentials

How AutoEmails protects your sending reputation — DKIM, SPF, warmup, suppression, and bot-click filtering.

Deliverability is the difference between landing in the inbox and landing in spam. AutoEmails enforces best-practice deliverability automatically, but a few setup steps from you make a meaningful difference.

Do I need to set up DKIM and SPF?

Yes — for any custom sending domain. Settings → Sender Identities walks you through the DNS records. Without these, mailbox providers will throttle or filter your sends.

How does warmup work?

For new sending domains, AutoEmails throttles initial send volume and ramps gradually over 2–3 weeks. This builds a healthy reputation with mailbox providers.

What is bot-click filtering?

Security scanners (Microsoft SafeLinks, Barracuda, Mimecast) click every link in incoming emails to scan for malware. AutoEmails detects these patterns and suppresses them so they do not skew your engagement metrics.
